When filming for the short film started, I gave a box of old photos and audition tapes to the director. I don't know how the stuff in the box will be used, but I had a lot of fun looking at the old memories. This month my film premiered at the LA Shorts International Film Festival.
This month I was awarded the "Best Story" award at the FEEDBACK Animation Film & Screenplay Festival. The best part of the festival is the "feedback" that is recorded by people who have seen my movie. If you're interested in what they have to say, click the image below

Started the month with bad news - "Nubbinwood" won't be seen at SIGGRAPH. A movie starring someone like me was always a longshot, but there will be plenty more chances to see the movie at other film festivals in the future. On a positive note, the director of the movie started making these cool replicas of a statue that my mom made for me. Pretty cool!

Production on "Nubbinwood" finished just in time to submit to the SIGGRAPH Electronic Theater. I know the SIGGRAPH audience will really love it. Now the hard part - waiting...

My dream audition!
Auditions with singing, juggling and dancing always make me nervous.
Two auditions in one day! I barely had enough time to shave for the second one.
Who wouldn't want the opportunity to be one of the most iconic movie characters of all time?
Two blockbuster auditions in two months. Although I didn't get either part, it's fun to imagine what the movies would have been like with me in them.
